Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days for processing).

  • Initial shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
